Van Deist and all --

There can never be too much cohousing in any area! Especially in FL which can
benefit hugely from the Senior cohousing model but also intergenerational
cohousing (there ARE young people in FL! I grew up in Tampa!) Double
congrats on looking at Land Trusts as an affordability initiative. I look
forward to updates on your progress.

Sarasota is gorgeous. And if it wasn't for the heat, the sun, the salt, the
humidity, the mosquitos and the sandspurs ... I might still be living there.
:-) As it is ... my family of origin is there and I visit ... in the winter.

Onward!

Best --
