Hello Friends,

I wanted to announce that cohousing has taken root in Florida!

After 4 years and two earlier starts, we have drawn together a  
developer, an architect, and a beautiful 10-acre property in Sarasota,  
Florida. The name of the community is Oak Vista Village and the first  
weekend workshop on the Cohousing Development Process will be held on
