Muriel and all -- 

This has been an illuminating discussion about dishwashers and sanitizers. 

The piece that's missing for me in helping to form a judgment is ... how many 
dinners per week are you having and the average number of participants.

If you have 2-5 dinners per week serving 35+ people I can see how a commercial 
DW would be useful.  One dinner for 20 people or 30 people?   Ummm.   Even two 
dinners for 30 people?  Five dinners for 15 people?

I dunno.  What's your experience out there?
