Subject: [C-L]_ Any family-based 55+ cohousing in existence?

I am working on a capstone project for a Masters Degree in Gerontology. Am
doing research on the feasibility of starting a 55+ cohousing community
comprised of family members and close friends.

Has this been done before? Any feedback on family members and/or fictive kin
(unrelated, but like family) coming together to develop a cohousing
neighborhood for the purposes of aging in community?
