At the beginning of our current system and for quite a while, the #1 cleaner would come over around 5:30 and, with one of the cooks, move the tables as needed and set the tables. I don't remember when that stopped happening.

Selling leftovers, yes, how quaint - the Meals committee thought we could recoup some of the costs of making too much food by selling the leftovers for, I think, $2. It didn't work out at all, but we never updated the page.

Megan and I talked about the Tips for Cleaners page at dinner last night and agreed we'd get the Meals Committee together in January and redo it.
