Interestingly, we are subsidizing our meals program by selling
leftovers. It is officialy the job of the cooks/assistant cooks to
sell the leftovers, but in practice the clean-up team is doing it.

Personally, I LOVE this. I'm a serious non-cook and I am quick to run
over to the common house and buy 3 or 4 shares of the leftovers,
reheat them and pretend to my honey that I "cooked".
