All of our units are individually owned. We have 33 households, 7 are rented
full-time and 2 belong to seasonal residents who rent in the off-season
(summer) or to long-time visitors (several weeks at a time).

Renters are considered full members of the community with the rights and
responsibilities of members.

I don't know if we have goals, per se, but full-time rentals are provided by
people who built in the community but for one reason or another can't live here
or who built a spec house and are renting it til the market improves or to
provide income for themselves and sometimes, additional folks for the community
when they can't be here.

Our best renters want to live in community but for a variety of reasons can't
buy a unit. However, we also have/have had renters who have no connection to
the community.
