Cohousing-L Mailing List: Long-term rental at Hearthstone in Denver

This message may look familiar to some of you -- my apologies for repeating it 
once more. I had found renters, but they recently changed their minds.

I'm planning a road trip of a year, more or less, and am seeking a renter or 
renters for my 2-br unit in the urban intergenerational cohousing community of 
Hearthstone, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this summer. My place is 
bright and comfortable and comes complete with two charming cats. (Sorry that I 
can't accommodate additional pets or smokers.) There is a small plant-filled 
back yard with deck as well as a huge front porch. Unfinished basement contains 
washer/dryer. 

The community holds one or two common meals per week, and there is an 
assortment of other community activities. Hearthstone is close to a variety of 
shops and restaurants in the lively West Highlands neighborhood. Central Denver 
is 10 minutes away. Rent of $985/mo is less than mortgage payments and HOA 
dues. About the earliest I can leave is late June, but timing and length
