Feasibility? I presume you're considering remodeling the school for housing. Well-built but obsolete old school buildings get converted to residential purposes all the time, and there's no reason why it wouldn't work for cohousing as well. As with any adaptive re-use project, expect some inefficiencies and compromises while trying to fit a new use into an existing jacket. Good-looking site.
