Was just responding to Moz's comment.  To refer back to my basic message:
that the problem-solving approach in cohousing communities is fundamentally
different than the tactics used by the union--much closer to the approach of
non-violent communication--and that I propose that we respond to the
fundamental issues raised by the union (oppressive treatment of hotel
employees) in a way which is consistent with cohousing practice.

Please clarify. Does this mean that one should honor only existing union 
contracts and not organizing efforts or what? I don't want to jump to any 
contusions; I just don't know how to interpret the statement.
