My name is Sybil Cochrane and I want to join one of your cohousing
communities in Santa Monica, CA,

Are there any available at this time? Or will there be some available within
the next 3 to 6 months?  How much is the rent?

I am retired and live on a fixed income. I only need a small space like 700
sq ft or maybe even less. I can afford $500 per month plus utilities. Since
I am retired, I have all the time in the world to devote to the community I
would be living in. I am in excellent health and could help out in just
about any way needed.
