Shall we offer an overnight to the auction at the national conference?

Offering something for the auction at the conference is a great marketing tool. Marketing team had talked about having overnight visitors with some, but not a lot of, support from the community - I understood a limited yes. This would be the best offering to do - an auction item for a wonderful overnight rural stay for two in Liberty Village. It would include staying in the common house. The winner pays the FIC and CohoUS which sponsor the auction. Our costs for the visitors (food, CH fee, etc) are our donation to the FIC and CohoUS and we get the marketing visibility at the conference and the hope for a prospect.

It will take someone to host them, someone to coordinate a picnic, and any other activities. I will donate a tour and introduction to cohousing.

Anyone else willing to offer anything?

I suggest we offer a one night stay for two anytime up to Nov 30, 2011. We could specify that it would have to be a weekend night, or leave it open.
