Cohousing-L Mailing List: Where can I buy a copy of "Designing the Cohousing Common House"?

I'd like to buy a copy of Grace Kim's "Designing the Cohousing Common House," 
but I'm having trouble finding out where. I emailed to Ms. Kim  last Monday but 
haven't heard back. My email to info [at] schemataworkshop.com was rejected.

I bought a copy at the conference but I gave it to our architects. :-(
