Cohousing-L Mailing List: small business/job creation in cohousing

Are there any examples out there of cohousing groups that have integrated
job creation/small business economic development into their communities? For
example, I once heard about a community supporting a resident to start her
own small catering company. I'm trying to gather such stories to share with
policymakers.  Thanks.
