Dear All, A question: does the development of "senior cohousing" bleed resources that otherwise might be allocated to the development of multi-generational cohousing communities. Seniors tend to have more money. If the money goes to seniors-only communities, then aren't generationally diverse communities less likely to recruit financing? Are cohousing developers that focus mostly, or exclusively, on senior cohousing in fact undermining the coshousing movement? As I said, just questions . . . Best wishes, Charles W.
