Hi Grace,
Our forming group worked to develop cohousing on a parcel in Santa Cruz that is 
basically zoned for cohousing as written in the general plan.The parcel is at 
Shaffer Road and Delaware Ave on Antonelli's pond in the city of Santa  Ccruz 
and if you call the zoning folks they should be able to send you a copy of the 
wording- (831)454-2130.
