   Our forming community is looking for some advice on

   the optimum ownership model for our 114 acres. First

   a few facts: 1) the land is owned free and clear by a

   community member who is willing to finance the sale

   of between 20-30 acres with the remainder going into

   a farmland trust; 2) we have an LLC, a 501c3 and can

   form a cooperative corp. if desired; 3) we anticipate

   having between 36-100 residents in several pods; 4) we

   are not income sharing; 5) residents would lease their

   dwelling footprint and build/own their own house with

   private equity; 6) some dwellings for migrant farmworkers

   are likely, as might be multifamily units for rent.

   In addition to advice, if anyone can recommend an

   ownership model guru to help us figure this all out that

   would be good too. Thank you in advance!
