We are seeking recommendations for experienced attorneys in the San Francisco Bay Area with expertise in alternative property ownership and shared housing models: co-housing, condominiums, tenancy-in-common, corporate stockholders, community land trusts, etc. Bay Area attorneys were briefly discussed in the 2003 archives; hopefully more lawyers and law firms with this skill set have appeared. We have fully renovated a 3-unit eco-urban house (San Francisco) and are organizing a 20-acre permaculture co-housing farmstead (Santa Cruz Mountains) as intertwined intentional communities.
