Cohousing-L Mailing List: Reintegrating non-participating households

Does anyone out there have any useful things to try to help move a 
non-partipating household back toward participation? We have an individual who 
withdrew from participating in meals and work tasks after a dispute with the 
community.  The person in question has made some small changes which seem to 
indicate more willingness to participate and or repair the relationship.  For a 
variety of reasons, this person is unlikely to be able to move out, and the 
rest of the community would prefer to be on better terms.
