Hi- Here at Eastern Village Cohousing, in urban Silver Spring, Maryland, our condo values did dipped during the recession, but less than some surrounding condo properties. We have been here since 2004 and are doing fine. My unit's last appraisal is about on par with just before the national housing bust got started. Not bad for a condo. And we pretty much always have buyers interested in our properties. Go cohousing! Doesn't hurt that we are LEED Silver certified.
