Cohousing-L Mailing List: Unit Value in Urban Developments

Our group, Wissahickon Village Cohousing, is currently in the planning
stage.  Our location is in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia.  We are
trying to educate a developer about cohousing.  He questions whether
cohousing units in an urban development will keep their value over time.  We
know that this is the case but need some actual examples to show him and his
backers.  We would appreciate getting figures on original price, date built
and current selling price, particularly from urban, east coast communities.
