Bonnie and Harriet (and others who have replied privately),

Thanks for the information. It sounds like two washers have been sufficient
for 27 households at Santa Rosa Creek Commons, though they're nearly all
single person homes. Bonnie, is your sense that just two washers and dryers
would not be enough for the 20 households of Swans Market? I have a hard
time imagining that two washers would be enough for 18 households. My
family has a medium-size front-loading washer and does four loads/week,
minimum.
