Hi folks,

History has been made in the city of Vancouver, BC, Canada. City Council has 
approved the rezoning application of Vancouver Cohousing (aka Cedar Cottage 
Cohousing) which will be the first Cohousing community in the city of Vancouver.

Various groups have been attempting to accomplish this for over 15 years and 
the main hurdle has been land acquisition as Vancouver has become more and more 
expensive. Second to only Hong Kong in its lack of affordable housing worldwide.

Now our group is focussing on finding the last few households to join our 
community as well as investors interested in an ethical, secured way to grow 
their money that directly helps Cohousing spread in North America.

A minimum investment of $1000 will be secured against our mortgage on our 
property and will pay 7.5% per year compounded quarterly.
