Cohousing-L Mailing List: waiting list

We are thinking of doing a complete overhaul of our waiting list and would love 
to avoid reinventing the wheel if someone has already created a policy that 
works well for the seller and for the community. If you have a policy that 
works well, could you send me a copy or a link to it on your web site?
