Is New Brighton organized as a condominium? If so, is this process spelled out in your condominium declaration/covenants? We are a condominium, and have a policy in our declaration allowing rentals if a hardship is proven, or if it is determined that it would not be detrimental. To approve a "rental ceiling exception" is a pain (I am the one who has prepared the findings and conclusions for our exception requests.) I would like to know about alternatives that involve less paperwork! Kay Wilson Meadow Wood Community www.mwcondo.com -----Original Message----- From: R.N. If the wish to continue the arrangement, they need to come to the community and request permission to continue the arrangement. There is a process where members can request a temporary"leave" from work duties for reasons such as injury, illness, childbirth, or adoption.
