At New Brighton Cohousing, members are allowed to rent out their units for a 
one year period.  If the wish to continue the arrangement, they need to come to 
the community and request permission to continue the arrangement.  There is a 
process where members can request a  temporary"leave" from work duties  for 
reasons such as injury, illness, childbirth, or adoption.
