Don't miss this one if you have always dreamed of a tiny house. Target is homes 
that could cost $10,000. A builder of inexpensive homes says it can be done for 
$85 - $100 square feet. Even at double that it is a huge savings. This is 
minimalist housing but that's all many people need. And it's a new direction  
for cohousing.
