Hi all --

In re: recent posts on building affordable cohousing communities.  Raines 
Cohen, cohousing coach and list member,  forwarded a link to me from the ic.org 
website about a new group forming in the DC area that wants to do really, truly 
low cost housing and community.  I actually know the nice, young couple 
spearheading this effort for this brand new group.
