We have a 1 BR/1BA attached rental unit available here in Santa Cruz. Our
cohousing is 16 units on 5 acres on the upper westside of town. We are a
very happy and successful community with an extremely low turnover rate.
The available unit is 500 sq feet with a private entrance and deck, new
bedroom carpeting and bathroom flooring, maple floor in living room.
Kitchen is efficiency-  countertop with cabinets, sink, fridge, microwave,
toaster oven. Laundry facilities in common house. Work expectation 4 hours
per month. Common meals usually available 2 to 3 times per week. Rent $1200
per month including all utilities. Looking  for single nonsmoking adult, no
allergenic pets.
