Placitas Sage is just forming.  We've just filed to become an LLC and
elected officers and a Board of Directors (10).  We are anticipating a
"surge" of interest when we announce our site location in a couple weeks,
and we need to  develop policies and procedures for new folks joining us,
probably at different levels of investment.  Any suggestions?  Models of
membership agreements?  Structure?  Your help will be appreciated!  Thanks!
