This is fabulous news. For those who haven't heard the story: Liberty Village 
planned and built Phase I with the common house budgeted for Phase II. Before 
Phase II could be built the powers that be declared a moratorium on new 
development. So there they sat in rural Maryland, half built and no common 
house. For years. 

They have been doing fine but they will be finer now.
