Meal signups are on paper, deposited in a central location after the meal. So 
once a month, the bookkeeper tallies them and creates the statement you saw for 
each household. It could probably be automated with some original programming, 
but it doesn't take him that long to do it manually.

How does the charge (e.g. the tick mark) that says you ate six times get into 
the Buildium program? Does each member input it or does it require a central 
person to take it from paper to the software? 

We of course, struggle with all this, too!
