Hi Shari —

After a great deal of debate here at Takoma Village in Washington, DC, we  have 
a pet policy which requires all cats to be indoor cats EXCEPT we grandfathered 
in the cats that were outdoor cats before we consensed on the policy.  So we 
still have a few outdoor roaming cats…
