I'm looking for a wonderful human to share my home with me. 
It is a Two bedroom / 1.5 bathroom apartment with a very open layout (1100+ 
square feet). 
Garden space available, small patio that looks over communal courtyard, tons of 
storage, washer/dryer on site, and covered parking available. There's a flight 
of stairs to get up to the front door.


The larger of the two bedrooms is available. Rent is $870/month, which includes 
all utilities (water, garbage, internet, etc.) except electricity. (Electricity 
generally runs $20-50/month per person.) Move in costs are first month's rent 
and a $750 deposit. Preferred move in date is October 1, although that is 
slightly flexible. Dogs maybe ok, cats questionable. 


The larger community, Jackson Place Cohousing, is a wonderful multigenerational 
community with 27 individual units. Communal meals are offered four nights a 
week in the common house, and the community has garden space. There are various 
ways to be involved, including community gardening, weekly yoga classes, 
holiday gatherings, and monthly business meetings, among others. There are many 
opportunities to participate, though how much you want to is up to you. (At the 
minimum, everyone does a community chore once every 3 months.)
