And frankly I think that's a real indicator of how we hide from facing this 
issue head-on. "I don't want to feel guilty." White guilt.  It's a defense.

Look I'm not an expert at this. I wrestle with my own demons around issues of 
social justice. But I know for a fact we're never going to make any headway if 
we miss the very minor things of opening our communities to people of color. 
And that doesn't just mean that we're happy to have people of color come to us. 
How about we go out to them?
