Cohousing-L Mailing List: To parcel or not parcel land for cohousing

We are in the process of developing a cohousing project on our 1 acre site.
We would like to add our existing house to the cohousing community. Could
anyone tell us about the pro and cons to parcel the existing land or sell
all the land and include our house as an additional cohousing unit?

We are trying to figure out what our choices are. Please share your
experiences.
