Cohousing-L Mailing List: Use of Common House by Outside Groups

Thanks to those folks who responded to my questions about policies on use of 
community common houses by outside groups. If your community accepts donations 
for such use, can you provide some specifics, such as a range of donations 
requested or accepted for a half, day, evening, weekend, etc.? Do you use any 
kind of written agreement for each event, and do you have a community member 
who handles these matters?
