Yes.  Our community's meal team would prefer that all diners contribute by 
cooking or cleaning but some do not.  We think this is inevitable given the 
circumstances of people's lives and their varying commitment to the work of the 
community.  We are loathe to enforce any requirement of the community as none 
of us care to watch dogs so the meals are no exception.
