Dear Communitarians interested in Sociocracy/Dynamic Governance,

Spread the word and join us if you can! I will be presenting a weekend
workshop at the Ecovillage in Ithaca New York on the weekend of November
6-8.

I have just heard that Windsong Cohousing in Langley British Columbia has
adopted Sociocracy, and Cambridge Cohousing (MA) may do likewise at its
retreat in November.  Pioneer Valley Cohousing (MA), my home community,
will soon celebrate its 3rd year with Dynamic Governance.

Here is the short description:

This engaging & practical 2- day training will cover the principles
and practices of Dynamic Governance ( aka Sociocracy ). Through
verbal, visual, and hands-on demonstrations and exercises, Jerry will
guide participants through simulated DG Circles, decision-making by
consent, and many other aspects of this method.
These sessions are ideal for people looking for an approach to
community (and organization) governance that is effective, transparent
and egalitarian. Communities using Dynamic Governance report
a greater sense of satisfaction, accomplishment, effectiveness
and good will.
