Are there any communities out there in co-housing land that provide cable 
service to all their members?

We at Oak Creek Commons in Paso Robles, CA are trying to come up with a 
decision to drop our contract with our bulk cable provider.  If everybody 
subscribes, we can get rates down to below $50.00 per month per person.  
However, individually, the rates can go up to as high as $90.00 per month per 
person.

I would like to find out how other communities handle this.
