Hi, We are approaching twenty years (! somehow!) I am writing to ask if your CoHousing Community has worked with a process consultant/trainer. If yes, please let us know who you worked with, if you would recommend this person, what went right, what went wrong and please let us know about the process and the outcome. What was it like? Looking back, has it been helpful? Anything you would suggest? I circulated the piece Laird wrote, 'The 100,000 Mile Check Up.' Since reading that, we are seriously looking at working with a Process Consultant here. Some folks here would try to work with Laird bec of his article. One of our neighbors took a workshop with Diane Leaf Christian and was impressed with her experience and skills facilitating group discussion of difficult community issues. And Eris' name comes up in this forum, another possibility. And there may be others, perhaps even in the Northeast. This might be delicate, please feel free to write to me off list: partner-in-healing [at] earthlink.net We would very much appreciate your input, many thanks, Ruth Hirsch Cantines Island, Saugerties, NYS PS: I have an intermittent e-mail glitch. If you write and do not hear back from me shortly, please call me or please re-send. Thank you. Ruth Ruth J.
