Hello,
I am referring to the proble1;5Bm of cooking and cleaning for the common meals. 
Somewhere I saw a solution.  Have a work sharing system.  People choose what
they like to do.  They do the c1;5Bhosen work.  They record how much of the work
they did in a log.  All people try to choose something they like to do.  If
no one chooses to do a specific task1;5B, the group either chooses to pay
someone for it or decides they don't want to have it done badly enough. 
Sounds like a great solution to me.
