A few friends & I are considering developing their existing acreage outside the city limits of Pleasant Hill, IA into an ecovillage. I am currently researching legal structure options and I'm thinking we'll form a corporation, which will apply for a loan to transfer land ownership. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
