Help needed! 44 year old female has found her dream job at the Prevention Research Center of UC Berkley, located in Oakland. She can afford $1,000 a month for rent but not a first, last and deposit! If we could help her find a place to live for 6 months to a year she could take this job! Oakland would be her first choice to live but anything with in an hour commute via public transport would work. Do you know anyone who might have a place she could live in to help her get established in this great job? IF you do please contact Lynissa at lrstokes71 [at] qmail.com. Thanks for helping! Wherever US/CA cohousing exists or is built, does it in fact sell *below* market rate relative to comparable residences within the surrounding community? That is not our experience across the greater San Francisco Bay Area, where all housing prices are near record level, due to the high price of land and development costs, as well as limited inventory of existing housing for sale. === Bill William New StillCreek Commons 94062-0951 _________________________________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list -- Unsubscribe, archives and other info at: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L/
