I didn’t do that much detail and it would have been hard because the listings 
don’t show that much. The big difference is that the CH is space and 
conventional condos typically have services with the newer once having common 
amenities.

This is very swanky but 125 units to that amount of space is still large. One 
of our consultants said it would take 400 units to support the 4,800 SF CH  we 
have.

Also, in conventional condos, there are often fees related to using clubhouse 
spaces.
