That is fantastic news -- thanks for letting everyone know! I wish you 
the best as you move toward building. And, please keep the list updated 
on how it's going, especially as regards management and governance 
issues. There are a number of us involved with smaller projects than the 
cohousing standard. We have learned a lot from this list (and the 
resources provided by contributors), but may learn even more from a 
smaller scale project. Thanks again!

(I'd be on your list this morning if I still had a job in the 
Charlottesville area. That neighborhood is so well located. Here in the 
Harrisonburg-Rockingham area we have had a few efforts at trying to get 
a full-scale cohousing project going, but no success yet.)
