Hi Mac-- John from Wasatch Commons UT here. Hey, we'll switch providers with y'all -- we're 26 units, 4 acres, and around $17 K annual premium, no flood. Being new to the community here, I'm gobsmacked at the rate, and just beginning to look at what we're paying for, possible alternatives, etc. The policy is through a local broker and carried by Travelers Indemnity. Happy to compare more notes with you...
