Financial advisors who help people with planning investments know this. Also 
real estate agents and mortgage brokers.

This should be done within the context of the legal structure you are going to 
use and the financial arrangements you are going to require.  Having to pay 
graduated payments before moving in is new to people who buy houses with a down 
payment and then the rest on closing.
