Cohousing-L Mailing List: Financial Seminar?

Our group is ready to start making offers on potential sites for our 
community. It has become apparent that many of our members and potential 
members are struggling to understand how to assess their own financial 
positions and the size of commitment they can make. We are thinking that 
a seminar might give each one a starting point. We don't know where to 
start looking for the right person to conduct it, however.

Have any of your groups done something like this? Can you recommend how 
to proceed?
