Sharon said, "Rotating all roles originated in the women’s movement in the 1970’s." I didn't intend to suggest that the cohousing movement invented this idea. I'm just wondering if it belongs primarily to the early, often very idealistic stage of a cohousing project or is actually kept up when the community has formed and matured. Are there any such communities that rotate these tasks and it works for them? (Any minute now I will be writing "rotate their tires"....yikes.) Muriel
